How do I access my Doodle Stanza downloads?

Step 1: Look for the email with the subject line "Congratulations - Doodle Stanza Is Yours". Click on the [Create Your Member's Account] button.

Step 2: Register your account for your membership access using the same email you used for purchase

Step 3: Login to your members area here

How do I ensure I get all the future email training and templates from you?

Be sure to whitelist my email address support@ellewong.com by saving it into your contacts.

If you're using gmail and ever find my email in your Promotions tab, drag and drop it over to the Inbox to ensure you'll get all future training and templates from me.

Payments & Billing

Where can I get a receipt for my purchase?

A receipt is automatically sent to your email address. If you can't locate it, please reach my team at support@doodlestanza.com with your transaction ID and we'll manually generate it for you

I was double charged on the same purchase. What happened?

The double-charge could have occurred because your sales page was refreshed or your "back" button on your browser may have been accidentally pressed. To request for a refund, kindly get in touch with us at support@doodlestanza.com and we will provide your refund for the duplicated charges.

My credit/debit card does not seem to be working and my payment is not going through, what should I do?

Our website supports the use of both debit and credit cards. If your transaction has been denied, please follow the steps below :-

• Use a different card to perform a purchase

• Contact your local bank to inform them to allow access for the online purchases

• Ensure that you clear your browser cookies and cache

If this issue still persists, please contact your local bank or card issuer to make sure your card is still active for online and international purchases.

Using Doodle Stanza

How do I use Doodle Stanza?

Doodle Stanza is a massive library of professional hand drawn assets provided in the following file formats:

• PNG: which is an image format with transparent background that you can use as-is

• SVG: which is the scalable vector graphic format, which you can use for advance editing such as color change and resizing for printing and publications

Depending on what type of content you would like to create, simply import the file type into the ANY software of your choice.

The formats we provided are universal formats which can be used on any platform with absolute confidence.

You can use them on Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe Premiere, Powerpoint, Camtasia, CreateStudio, Doodly and practically any software.

It's that simple!

Which Whiteboard Video Software Do You Recommend?

For whiteboard animation, we highly recommended either of the following:
- CreateStudio

- Doodly

These are the softwares that was used to create the videos you saw on our website. They are easy to use and you can have your whiteboard videos created in minutes using their drag-and-drop interface.

Which Graphic Editing Software Do You Recommend?

For graphic design, we recommend Adobe Illustrator or Canva
